A two-storey extension to a 200 year old Cotswold cottage near Stroud, Gloucestershire.
The energy efficient design, and palette of local, sustainable construction materials, have the same traditional characteristics as the original house and establish a healthy indoor climate.
An innovative clay block wall construction is being used. The sustainable system is easy to build with and reduces traditional build times. It has excellent thermal insulation qualities, requires no cavities and can easily be cut.
